Maintenance Assistant III
Job
Description
One
benefit-eligible position for 80 hours per two-week pay period for
first shift (7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) is available. Assist in
maintaining the buildings and grounds of St. Joseph Convent
including: plumbing, electrical, snow removal, low-high pressure
boiler operations, masonry, carpentry, and other repairs. The ideal
applicant will have a valid, class D driver’s license and a safe
driving record. Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
Participation in a 24/7 on-call status rotation is required.

One
benefit-eligible, exempt position for a minimum of 80 hours per
two-week pay period for first shift is available. This leadership
role oversees the daily operations of the HR Department and serves
the HR needs of our 175 staff members. The ideal candidate will have
a Bachelor’s degree in a HR Management or a business-related field
and 3-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in
a healthcare setting. Advanced knowledge of employment law, payroll
and benefits, recruitment and retention, and development of written
policies are essential; and the ideal individual would also
demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication. All
energetic, organized, and innovative HR professionals should apply.
